Our unique warranty applies to The 3D Gift™ products only.
The period of warranty begins on the date of purchase from The 3D Gift™. Proof of purchase will be the receipt given by e-mail or text message.
To replace a damaged crystal, you will need to send us the receipt and ship the damaged crystal to our factory for review. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After approval of the review, the new crystal will be shipped to the original address of the customer (the address used on the original order and appear on the receipt).
This limited warranty replacement is only for the original price of the crystal upon purchase date. The 3D Gift™ is not liable for any claim made by or on behalf of any third party
